Laser Lipolysis

Some areas of the human body are more favorable to fat storage. With an adequate and balanced nutrition program and regular exercise, it is possible to dissolve the fat accumulated in the body tissues in general. However, it may be very difficult to get rid of regional weight because of some stubborn fat masses. Localized slimming methods such as needle lipolysis, laser lipolysis, cold lipolysis and liposuction can be used to avoid stubborn fat. These slimming methods aim to remove the stubborn fat cells from the area by breaking down, shrinking or melting.

What is Lipolysis?

It helps to get rid of the fats accumulated in body and face without needing surgery. Phosphatidyl choline derived from soy lecithin is used. Phosphotidyl choline is a substance that is synthesized in the human body and plays an important role in fat metabolism. Phosphatidyl choline, which is also used in other areas of medicine, such as liver lubrication, embolic conditions, is applied to the region where the lubrication is high, together with agents that increase blood flow and stimulate tissue. Phosphatidyl choline and ancillary agents are injected into areas with excess fat using the tip-fine lipolysis needle. These substances increase the membrane permeability of the fat cells and allow the fat to break down and be removed from the body. Needle lipolysis, which is done to increase fat destruction, can be defined as the injection of mesotherapy gun or hand by direct injection of fat into needles at 2 cm intervals.

What is Laser Lipolysis?

Laser lipolysis, which is one of the most effective methods of body shaping in recent years, is applied to the areas where fat tissue is dense. The diode laser light, which is applied directly to the membrane of the fat cell, dissolves the cell membrane and allows the oil to be expelled. During this process, the connective tissue that loses its elasticity in time and collagen is also broken down. Instead of the broken connective tissue and collagen, more flexible and more vibrant new cells are formed.

Laser lipolysis, which brings an innovative insight into the treatment of regional lubrication and skin laxity, is also applied to armpit to help prevent excessive sweating. 3D laser lipolysis, which provides permanent reduction of fat cells, tightens the skin and prevents cellulite. 3D laser lipolysis using 3 separate lasers breaks the fibrous bands in the skin and eliminates the roughness. For the application, the region with the highest lubrication is marked and is anesthetized to reduce the heat effect of the laser beam. 1 mm diameter cannula is placed in the area where the laser beams will be applied. Through this cannula, the fat cells expelled from the body.

Who can have Laser Lipolysis?

The procedure can be applied to all healthy people aged 18-75 years. It does not provide weight loss, especially since it is a process for eliminating permanent and regional fats. It is not a suitable method for those with excess weight such as 15-30 kilograms. In order to apply the method, it is recommended that individuals lose weight. It is a suitable treatment method especially for those who have regional lubrication such as waist, hip, abdomen, arm and cellulite, under-chin expansion or eye bags.

Which areas of the body can lipolysis be applied to?

The process is commonly used for problems such as body deformations, cellulite, fat around the eyes, detention bags and lipoma. Lipolysis method is used in the treatment of deformities that occur after the body oils taken by surgical interventions. The method which is very effective in the fat deposits and especially the problems due to cellulite, is applied to the body areas where the lubrication is seen such as the basin, lower abdomen, waist and stomach, and also to the internal areas of the arms and legs, and to the fat under the jaw and face. The method that supports the increase of collagen production in the skin increases the tension of the skin and makes it look younger.
